When we bought our first house, it was a summer just as the housing market started to get hot. Not much of anything was going on because everybody was on vacation, and that’s how were were able to put in an offer and wrap things up without having any competition.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time, maybe this is it. Its a short list of open houses this week and there are a number of homes making an encore appearance so if there was a place you wanted to see but missed, you may get another chance this weekend. The house shown at left, however, is making its first appearance on the list. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is on a lovely corner near Stanton Park.
