The Ward 6 Fall Safety Festival is coming up on Saturday October 18th from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 3rd and D Street, SE. The event is sponsored by Celebrate Capitol Hill and ANC6B and will be held in conjunction with The Brent School Fall Festival. Safety Demonstrations, health screenings and fun activities will be on hand for children, families and seniors with more than 40 private and D.C. Government organizations. Refreshments and edible fare will be offered at The American Legion Beer and Wine Garden, plus local food trucks.
