There are wonderful things that go on quietly each weekend here on the Hill, and more and more often they happen at Congressional Cemetery. Yes, a cemetery, and there is nary a hearse or priest involved. The annual Day of the Dog was held on August 30 and thank heavens THIH Flickr group member Jim Harvard caught some of the moments of canine adoration.
