Comment Period For Eastern Market Metro Park Designs Ends Friday

The public comment period for the design concepts for the Eastern Market Metro Park ends this Friday, January 31st.

Designs can be viewed at the project website  www.easternmarketmetropark.org. The entire design presentation (Power Point) from the December 2013 public meetings is on the website, as well as Master Plan A and Master Plan B plus an eleven-question transportation survey.

You can leave comments on the project website or you can leave comments directly on the two Master Plans with a “sticky note.” Instructions for how to leave a sticky note are on both Master Plans.

Barracks Row Main Street notes that project designers are definitely open to mixing features from the two Master Plans, so if you see things you like about both plans, speak up. To tell the designers about your blended vision leave your comments on the the blog or with a sticky note.
