On Thursday, September 19th at noon, the newest H&M in DC, located inside Union Station, will open its doors to the public. According to their Facebook event invite, the first 300 shoppers in store will get an access fashion pass for up to $300 off your purchase. The store is opening in the site of the former Barnes and Noble bookstore, which closed its doors back in March of this year.
