For the parents: we know you’ve been needled half to death about your kid’s school’s upcoming auction or fundraiser, but the fun part is here! Auction season is upon us, and supporting not just your school’s auction but other schools’ only makes all our children excel, and that is a win-win. For the non-parents: think of this as a crazy one-stop shopping extravaganza that makes your good-person halo gleam. Parents around here really get into the spirit of things by having amazing food and deals on subscriptions to gyms and cultural activities and restaurant gift certificates, so you are sure to walk away with something really great, often at a discount.
