- On Friday word got out from Eater DC and Young & Hungry that the owners of Acqua al 2 are opening a speakeasy called Harold Black. On Monday, we got reviews from The Golden Spoon and Young & Hungry, and a report from Girl Meets Food that the bar opens today, but drinks may be hard to come-by. The 26-seat speakeasy is reservation only.
