Good morning, Capitol Hill! If you did not manage to stay up for all of the results last night, we have the rundown of the Ward 6 ANC results right here for you.

Citycouncil At-Large Race: 

Vincent Orange and David Grosso won with 37.35% and 20.80% of the vote, respectively.  Full breakdown for that race:

Vincent Orange – 122,762 votes, 37.35%
David Grosso – 68,362 votes, 20.80%
Michael A. Brown, 50,335 votes, 15.31%
Mary Brooks Beatty, 23,160 votes, 7.046%
A. J. Cooper – 21,535 votes, 6.552%
Leon J. Swain Jr – 21,535 votes, 6.552%
Ann C. Wilcox – 18,985 votes, 5.776%
Write-In – 1,985, 0.603%

    Thanks for posting these, ANC’s really do matter! Just a note — the 6E02 and 6E05 races are each currently decided by only 1 vote and absentee and special ballots still remain, so those are too close to call at this point. And yes, I’m biased, as I’m down one vote to Marge (a great competitor) in the 6E05 race.
