Recently, a reader on Facebook wondered about the Hawk ‘n’ Dove’ opening date. We contacted Xavier Cervera, and he shared that there have been delays due to the completion of his other two most recent projects, namely Pacifico Cantina  — which opened in late May– and the upcoming Park Tavern on M Street, SE.

He further revealed that the opening of the Hawk is about three months away, which places it at around the second week on October. We will keep you posted as we know more!
