Happy Birthday To Us!

A little more than three years ago a bunch of strangers came together at a local coffee shop to talk about starting a neighborhood blog.  We met through listservs and mutual friends, and had little idea what we could really do with this site.  We hoped people would read what we had to say, but were unsure if anyone actually would, or if we would make it past the one-year mark.

A lot has changed in the last three years —  some of us have changed jobs, some have gone back to school; some have had kids, and some have lost close family members; some have gotten married and others have gotten divorced; some have moved to new parts of the neighborhood, and others have moved away to new cities.  Even what we love about the neighborhood has likely changed for each of us over the years, but the love is still there (even through hard times), which has kept us going for three years now.

Thank you, dear readers, for reading and for all you do to make the neighborhood the great place that it is.
