Friday  at 7 head over to the Hill Center for tapas and wine with chef Wendi. But these aren’t your usual Jose Andrés-style Spanish tapas: Chef Wendi is showcasing the small plates of the French tiny leek tarts and pots de creme. Mmm…so maybe that’s their trick to svelte physiques?  Tiny plates?
