the fridge in the main kitchen seems to block the door to the basement. the rental looks tiny for $1100, it’s more of an entertainment space and in law suite. this place has gone on the market alot after being a rental for a while, i think it’s about $100K overpriced. also not much curb appeal when you’re right in front of the bus stop on a busy stretch of 8th st ne. drop the price and the place could be sold
