River Park Nursery School is one of those long-time hidden Hill gems. A half-day program run by the one-of-a-kind Ms. Bernadette who seems to have been put on this planet to talk to three-year olds. No my kids never went to he school but I have witnessed her in action and she’s pretty amazing.
This Saturday they are holding their annual Yard Sale at the Rumsey Aquatic Center at the Eastern Market from 8am-1pm (Rain Date: Oct. 23) It looks like it will be a lot of fun. Prizes, performances, baked goods. Oh and stuff! Pick up deals on gently used kids clothing, gear, and toys; housewares, furniture, books, holiday decor and more.
