ANC Commissioner Brian Flahaven is working with a group of neighbors calling themselves The Hill Trash Mob to clean up the neighborhood. They are asking for your help tomorrow at the Potomac Avenue Metro Plaza — they will be meeting at 9am with trash bags provided by the DC Department of Public Works. There will be another group at the community garden located by the Stadium-Armory Metro at 9:00 am.
The group has even created its own listserv — join today so you can find out about upcoming events to clean up the neighborhood! And kudos to the neighbors leading and joining this effort — you’re what makes our neighborhood great!
