We all know someone (or are someone) who prefers to drink their calories than eat them. Not only are they a regular at watering holes across the Hill, but their home bar is better stocked than several of those bars. Well, you don’t have to leave the neighborhood to get me them a present this year!
Obviously, your first stop should be Schneider’s. A bottle of wine is always nice, but a bottle of Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth is a great gift for any serious home bar. Schneider’s also has a wide variety of interesting bitters, which make an excellent stocking stuffer!
If you don’t want to help stock your friend’s bar, maybe you want to help them perfect their craft. You’re probably already headed to Hill’s Kitchen, which means that you can pick up any number of gifts that Leah keeps in stock for her customers who like to imbibe. My absolute favorite of these is the Sodastream, which allows you to make your own soda water and mixers at home.
