Maybe you already know that the Argonaut’s patio is up and running, albeit with a limited food menu. Did you know that the upstairs is also open? This crazy-hot summer we’re having hasn’t been the most conducive to sitting outside and enjoying a meal or a few beers, but don’t let that keep you away from the Argo!  Currently their menu is as follows.  While I know we all miss Argo burgers and sweet potato fries, I think this menu sounds great for summer!

mixed greens with bleu cheese, dried apricots, and walnuts;
with lemon-dijon vinaigrette

In addition, they’ve got some great specials, many are old standbys, running almost every night of the week:

Monday – Family Night (kids under 12 can get 1/2 of any sandwich free).
Taco Tuesdays! 1 large fish taco = $5
Wednesdays – Pub Quiz
Thursdays – Neighborhood Night. 20002 and 20003 patrons get 10% off your check (with id).
Saturday – Argo-Mutts Happy Hour from 12pm-5pm. Happy Hour drink specials for dog-bringers.
Saturdays and Sundays are $9 Bottomless Mimosas and $5 Bloody Mary bar.
Regular Happy Hour every week night. ($1 off rail drinks and draft beer.)

Also, starting next week they’ll be serving Mac & Cheese AND the Pulled Pork Sandwich on all days (except Taco Tuesday)! And there’s a 10% discount for members of CHAMPS – the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce. (Full disclosure: CHAMPS is a client of mine.)
