Temperatures in the 90’s one week, and 50’s the next…yes, it’s a typical spring in DC. But that’s alright, before we know it it will be near 100 degrees with record humidity and we’ll be longing for cooler days. Besides, it seemed like the cold wind didn’t keep too many people from enjoying the Market and restaurants around the Hill. With live music outside Port City Java on the weekends, new restaurants all around the neighborhood, and everything else the neighborhood has to offer, how could anyone stay in anyway?
