The new year is upon us and while some of us are still putting our holiday trimmings away, other industrious folk have spiffed up the house and put it on the market.

Earlier this week we reported on this renovation at 19 4th Street Northeast by GreenSpur, Inc.  The light alone earns it a top spot on my wish list! The fully-renovated house is listed for $939,000.
