Don’t forget about our Happy Hour at Tunnicliff’s this Thursday at 6:30 pm! We’re looking forward to meeting our readers, get some story ideas and feedback, and enjoy a nice evening with our neighbors.  Until then, here’s your round up of what’s been said about the Hill by some of our other favorite blogs.

  • We Love DC listed two Capitol Hill parks among their favorites in the city.
  • Dining in DC reviewed Souk, the newest addition to H Street.
  • Urban Turf posted a Capitol Hill edition of its “Best New Listings” series.
  • Frozen Tropics has more on the incident at the H Street Martini Lounge.
  • City Desk examined the issue of the stinky ginkgo trees in Trinidad.
  • H Street Great Street reported that Little Miss Whiskey’s has added food to the menu.
  • Greater Greater Washington addressed the question of how overhead wires installed for streetcars can coexist with tree canopies.
  • Young & Hungry reported that Horace & Dickie’s is on the leaderboard for the D.C. Dish Hall of Fame.  Only the five dishes with the most votes will make it to the Hall, and Horace & Dickie’s is at number 10, so go vote, people!
