While DC Beer Week events will be taking place around the city, we wanted to highlight the ones at our local watering holes. I’m pleased to see that Capitol Hill is pretty well represented on the list, with events at our many bars every night of the week!

- Unity Jam After Party at The Pug — Craft beer in cans and free cheese puffs. 8:30 p.m.

- Belgian Beer Invades the Capitol at Capitol Lounge — 5 p.m.
- Coney Island Freak Show at Palace of Wonders — Founders of Schmaltz Brewing Co. (makers of Coney Island lagers and Hebrew ales) present their big, creative beers with a freak show backdrop. 8 p.m.

- Troegs Pint Night at the Red & the Black — Troegs and a free pint glass. 7 p.m.
